A not to be missed event in the Paris social calendar, the Paris Air Show is one of the world’s oldest and largest aviation exposition. Held at the Le Bourget exhibition centre, the show now in its 50^th year showcases the latest technical advancements and innovations that have been in the aviation and aerospace field. Though largely rated as a commercial event where orders are placed and aircrafts are booked by the military, commercial airlines as well as by the individuals, the event also attracts a sizeable number of local populace and tourists  many of whom come down to the venue to see the breathtaking air displays.

A regular fixture that is held every odd year at the Le Bourget exhibition ground, this year Paris Air Show will be held from 17^th June to 23^rd June. The event will be opened to the general public only during the last three days from 8.30 am- 6.00 pm.
